FIRST AID TRAINING
First Aid is an essential training to provide you the confidence to step in and help when an emergency occurs. Safe Vision provides courses that will give you the knowledge and skills to be able to identify potential hazards and respond right away to prevent casualties and help save lives.

Course Duration : 4 hours
This training is designed with a view to covers Basic Life Support skills and skills for CPR. Importance of safety precautions, initial assessment, recovery position, compression-only, CPR, and handover to medcial services.
First Aid Course Training Dubai
AED training is also included in the course. Learning AED skills is becoming more important with the increase in the numbers of units in the community and workplace. They are easy to use with a little training and make a real difference in the chance of survival to someone in cardiac arrest.
On receipt of the training the candidate shall be able to know the importance of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and automated external defibrillation that are essentials for survival.
Upon completion, learners should be able to safely and effectively use an automated external defibrillation machine. In line with industry guidance, this training is valid for a period of 3 years. After this period, learners are required to complete the training again.
COURSE CONTENT
Assess the scene for danger.
Assess a casualty’s level of consciousness.
Demonstrate how to open a casualty’s airway and check for breathing.
Demonstrate how to place an unresponsive casualty in the recovery position
Recognise the need to start cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
Perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) on a manikin.
Identify safety considerations when using an automated external defibrillator (AED)
List differences in the procedure when using an automated external defibrillator on a child.
Demonstrate the correct placement of AED electrode pads on a manikin
Follow AED voice prompts accurately
Demonstrate how to combine the use of an automated external defibrillator with minimal interruptions in cardiopulmonary resuscitation using a manikin
Demonstrate the safe delivery of AED shock
State the procedure to follow if the casualty shows signs of life and starts to breathe normally
Identify the information required when handing over the casualty to the emergency services

The Level 3 International Award in Emergency First Aid at Work is a qualification aimed at providing learners with the necessary knowledge, understanding and skills to support emergency first aid in the workplace. The HABC Level 3 International Award in Emergency First Aid at Work is accredited and recognized internationally and has been developed to protect customers, brand reputation and profits.

Assess an incident.
Manage an unresponsive casualty who is breathing normally.
Manage a casualty who is not breathing normally and is unresponsive.
Provide First Aid to a casualty who is choking.
Know how to provide first aid to a casualty with minor injuries.
Know how to provide first aid to a casualty who is in shock.
Course Duration : 6-8 hours
The Level 3 International Award in Emergency First Aid at Work and the Use of an AED is a qualification aimed at providing learners with the necessary knowledge, understanding and skills to conduct emergency first aid and to use a defibrillator. The Highfield Level 2 International Award in Emergency First Aid at Work is accredited and recognized internationally and has been developed to protect customers, brand reputation and profits.

Course Duration : 7-8 hours
The objective of this qualification is to provide learners with the necessary knowledge, understanding and skills to support emergency first aid. It covers the roles and responsibilities of a first aider and how they should assess an incident. It also covers the first aid skills required in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR, for adult, child and infant) providing first aid to a casualty who is choking and dealing with external bleeding & hypovolemic shock.

This training is developed to provide learners with the necessary knowledge, understanding and skills to support emergency first aid. It covers knowledge such as the rules and responsibilities of a first aider and how to assess an incident.
It also covers first aid skills in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR, for adult, child and infant), providing first aid to a casualty who is choking, dealing with external bleeding & hypovolemic shock and safe use of an automated defibrillator. This qualification certificate is valid for a period of 3 years, after which learners are expected to requalify. It is also recommended that annual refresher training takes place to ensure knowledge and skills are maintained.

For learners already working or preparing to work in the industry and to provide candidates, who are responsible for the welfare of infants and children, with the necessary knowledge, understanding and skills to support basic first aid including managing illness and injury and the use of an automated external defibrillator.
